Landlord Gas Checks
Being a landlord comes with responsibilities. Part of this is your annual landlord gas checks to ensure any gas appliances are in safe, working order.
Waterworks plumbing is a Gas Safe registered plumber covering Stevenage and the surrounding areas. We can inspect your appliances and issue a landlords gas safety certificate (CP12).
Annual landlord gas checks are now a legal requirement. This means you have a responsibility to inspect boilers and other appliances annually. A Gas Safe engineer must perform this inspection. Upon successful completion they will issue a landlords gas safety certificate.
