Burst Pipes
When you have a burst pipe in your home, it’s important to try and locate the stopcock and turn off the water supply. This helps minimise any damage to the proerty. Stopcocks are often found under the kitchen sink or in the downstairs WC.
Once you’ve stopped the immediate flow of water, give us a call so we can come and see you as soon as possible. We’re normally able to repair the pipe on the first visit. If not, we will endeavour to get your water back on quickly.
